Background
A newly-furbished exclusive London Hotel was seeking a stylish, discreet heating solution that would blend in with the contemporary setting whilst keeping guests warm in its rooftop club: “Ned’s Club Upstairs”. Undergoing a total refurbishment, the management of the members club in Poultry, London, have previously used Herschel heaters in several of their other club locations and so had prior experience of the benefits from our infrared heaters. So they turned to Herschel’s commercial heating team for help with this new refurbishment.
Solution for heating a rooftop bar of this size:
50 zero light Aspect XL3s were mounted on the steel structure of the rooftop bar, throughout the area, providing comfortable warmth for guests from a very discreet solution that blends in perfectly with the very stylish bar. It was very important to the management that the heaters were to shed no light at all. This was a key factor, amongst others, that led to the Herschel Aspect XL being chosen.
The NED acknowledge the role of our heaters in enabling year-round use of the bar and enjoyment of the superb views of the London skyline including St Paul’s cathedral.
