Background
Shireland Collegiate Academy is a school based in the West Midlands which was looking for a new heating system.
Phase 1 of this project was to heat 3 cold classrooms and monitor the cost effectiveness of the solution.
Solution
• 12 x 0.43 kW panel heaters were built into the ceiling.
Results
- The heating system is constantly being monitored
- It shows an 80% saving compared to gas
